NGM Series LC MS Nitrogen Membrane Generators

Nitrogen generators from cmc Instruments of the NGM series deliver continuous nitrogen using the membrane process up to a max. purity of 99.7%.

A better generator - we only use high quality components for this. The membrane used by cmc Instruments is one of the highest quality on the market. Thanks to the upstream very efficient filter combination and the membrane process used, the NGM series nitrogen generator works without wear. The systems work without electricity and not only save energy costs, but are also ideally suited for use in potentially explosive areas.

TMA Trace Moisture Analyzer

Trace moisture analyzers from cmc Instruments have been developed to ensure reliable and accurate measurement of trace moisture in harsh operating environments for years. Even small traces of corrosive gases contaminate and destroy aluminum oxide sensors. The P2O5 technology used by cmc Instruments can be used in corrosive gases as well as in inert gases and medical oxygen.
OilQSens® OQ 3000 Online oil sensor system

The OilQSens® measures components of the complex impedances X of the oils, in particular the specific electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant as well as the oil temperature T. In addition, the OilQSens® sensor system is the only system worldwide for online monitoring of the loss factor tan delta in the sub-minute range directly on the transformer itself.
WearSens® WS 3000 Online oil sensor system

The WearSens® is used to measure components of the complex impedances X of the oils, in particular the specific electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant as well as the oil temperature T. The WearSens® sensor system is able to detect changes in the oil composition - caused by contamination or overload - in the sub-minute range and to trigger an early warning for the system operator.
GreaSens® GS 3000 Online Grease Sensor

The GreaSens® grease sensor system determines the components of the complex impedances X of the greases, in particular the specific electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant as well as the oil temperature T measured. Intuitive software tools for data recording, visualisation and automatic notification in the event of an alarm allow a quick response.

Gas chromatographs and N2 trace gas analyzer

The MultiDetek3: your ultimate solution for industrial gas chromatography, customised to your process. The innovative MD3 offers a wealth of features, a wide range of state-of-the-art detectors, including PED, TCD or FID.
The MultiDetek3 is the latest development in our popular range of compact industrial gas chromatographs.

The LD8001 is an online analyser for monitoring N2 traces in Ar/He/Crude Argon. A plasma emission detector is used to selectively measure traces of N2 in pure argon or/and helium crude gases as well as in argon with up to 5 % O2.

Analytical filters

The cmc Instruments GmbH stainless steel filter housings are used for demanding tasks in the filtration of gases and liquids. The finest tolerance ranges and reliable seals allow use even in the high pressure range up to 350 bar and under vacuum conditions. Smallest dead volumes and electropolished surfaces guarantee short response times.

Headline Filters

Headline Filters produce a wide range of products for the filtration industry, from filter elements to coalescence or particle operation in a variety of industry standard sizes to filter housings made from a variety of materials for pressures up to 700 bar.

 High pressure filter for hydrogen

In 50, 100, 350 and 1050 barg versions, we offer a comprehensive range of high efficiency filters to meet the stringent requirements of hydrogen applications.

Flow rates 270 Nm³/hour up to 37700 Nm³/hour.

Our hydrogen gas filters are available in two filter ratings of 1 micron and 5 micron. They are characterised by a low pressure drop and optimum protection against the ingress of particles into pressure system components.

These filters are suitable for use with dry hydrogen and are available for various flow and pressure ranges.
Stainless steel high-pressure filter

Made of high-quality stainless steel, these filters operate at pressures of up to 350 bar. They are available for different flow capacities, optimally meeting your filtration requirements. They are ideal for industries such as PET bottle blowing, offshore, offshore instrumentation, medical and heavy industry.

The three model types C25, C37 and C50 are equipped with colour-coded push-fit filter elements for easy identification and maintenance. Maintenance time is reduced to a minimum and the filter can be fitted in the tightest of spaces.

Available in five filtration grades from 25 to 0.01 micron.

Alternatively, this filter series can also be used as a water separator and is available with flange connections on request.
TK-100 dew point transmitter

The TEKHNE ceramic sensor was developed to obtain the best mix of accuracy, high response speed and long-term stability. Minimal influence of the process temperature on the dew point measurement. The dew point output from -100 to 20 ℃ is converted in the TK-100 transmitter into a stable and linear 4-20 mA output signal.
Calibration gas

Generate corrosive calibration gases, if required, on site with the CAL 2000. The easily exchangeable electrochemical cells give the CAL 2000 unimagined flexibility. The following cells are available for the generation of calibration gases: chlorine, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen, hydrogen cyanide and hydrogen sulfide.
Oxygen analyzers

The oxygen analyzers of the PROA series have been specially designed for the online detection of traces of oxygen in high-purity gases or gas mixtures of various components. The compact and extremely robust design, as well as a measuring principle with unlimited service life, guarantee reliable and reproducible measurement results. All devices are equipped with a flow meter with needle valve and an analog output.
